of conscious leadership began in a place where the

powerful synergy of intuition and experience

was rarely visible, in the rapidly changing world of complex, matrixed, global financial organizations.  I now see the path to personal fulfillment

Leadership Redefined - Awakening the Conscious Leader within You

Leadership Redefined is a powerful group program tailored to mid-career leaders managing change in large organizations. Structured across four distinct modules - Clarity, Connection, Catalyze, and Empowerment - participants will undergo an immersive journey from self-discovery to conscious leadership in action.

A blend of training, groupwork and 1:1 coaching sessions ensure personalized attention and a shared learning environment.


Nourish your mind, body and soul while treating yourself to a day of wellness workshops, classes and relaxing holistic therapies.

Workshops include a cacao ceremony, exploration of the body’s energy fields and natural healing processes, seasonal tonics, nutritional health.

Classes include yoga, breathwork, guided meditations and various sound healing practices.
